Our community is filled with some amazingly talented individuals and every year we celebrate them with our Community Guest position! In the past we have featured voice actors, artists, plush makers, VTubers, tattoo artists, singers, cosplayers… and so much more! As a convention made by fans for fans we focus on showcasing the incredible creators who make our fandom such a fantastic place!
Community Guest Application
Are you part of (or adjacent to) the fandom with something awesome to share? We’re looking for community guests who have experience, knowledge and talents to showcase.
We’re interested in all kinds of creators and community members:
- Artists, writers, musicians and animators
- Makers of any kind – plushies, costumes, crafts, you name it
- Content creators – YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, VTubers
- Community organizers, event runners or group leaders
- Anyone with interesting skills, experiences or stories to share
Basically, if you’re doing something cool in or around the fandom and would like to share it with our community – we want to hear from you!
What you get as a Community Guest:
- Weekend Super Sponsor pass + A Standard pass for a friend!
- 8ft vendor hall table
- 3x drinks vouchers per day
- Mention in conbook and on social media

What we ask in return:
You may be asked to help judge events like the cosplay contest (we’ll discuss this with you!)
An item donated to our charity auction
A 1 hour panel about your specialty/expertise
Need additional support? We understand that attending as a guest often involves travel and other logistics. While we can’t guarantee everything, we’ll do our best to help where we can. Please don’t hesitate to ask about what you might need – we’ll be upfront about what’s possible!
