Unless the provided car park is FULL please do not use the main car park. Additionally, do not park in residential areas nearby as this parking is required by residents.
Users of this car park do so at their own risk. The management will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss
Entering the Convention
Please go to the main large glass doors at the front of the building as indicated by the red line on the map – do NOT use the reception area at the top of the steps!
Accessibility and Facilities

Accessibility
Oasis Academy is a modern school building and has been built with accessibility in mind. All convention areas are at ground level with wide doors suitable for wheelchair users.
The convention space is compact which means there are no long distances to walk between areas and there are places to sit in both main convention areas.
There are two disabled bathrooms located on site – however for security reasons they require a key card to access. We recommend using the facilities located in the panel area (next to our Con-Ops room) as we will have a member of staff and a key card in this room at all times and it will be faster for us to assist you.
New for 2026 – We are providing a designated Quiet Area for those who require a place away from the hustle and bustle of the convention space to relax and recharge. This area is located separately from our main con space but it still close enough that when you are ready you can head straight back into the event! As always we will be running our Rainbow Rosettes sessions which are designed for those who are new to cons or sometimes find them a little overwhelming.
Toilets
We have two bathroom areas available – one is located near the break area in the main hall whilst the other is located in the panel area. All toilet blocks are Gender Neutral and have cubicles. The toilet blocks have been upgraded from last year and now have quieter hand dryers.
Water Refill Stations
There are two water refill stations on site – one is in the break area in the main hall and the other is located next to the toilet block in the panel area.
Food and Drink

The wonderful folks from Winchester Bar Services will be joining us again this year with a range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages – including some fantastic pony themed cocktails!
New for 2026 – We will be having a Food Van on site provided by Spitfire Grill! They will be selling a variety of burgers, hot dogs, dirty fries and hot rolls throughout the day on both days of the event!
Additionally, for a quick hot drink or a snack there are vending machines available in the reception area of the venue (at the top of the stairs – there is a wheelchair accessible lift available)
