Vendor Application
Vendor applications for 2025 are OPEN
We love stalls of all kinds – art, memorabilia, craft products, clothing, hand-made ornaments and anything else you can think of are welcome as part of our vendors hall – as long, of course, as it follows the code of conduct for the convention and our vending rules!
Please allow up to 7 days for response to applications, the FoF team is volunteer based and we are very busy sometimes!
We will be reviewing vendors on a case by case basis , upon confirmation you will have four weeks to purchase your table. Failure to purchase within this timeframe will result in your slot being cancelled – if you are unable to pay for your table within this time for a valid reason please contact the Vendor team to discuss.
Applications will close January 5th 2025 – in the case that all of our space is filled, a “Waiting List” will be formed in order of application.
Stall Pricing
Small Stall – £75

Large Stall – £90

XL Stall – £110
- One Weekend Vendor Pass

Stall helper tickets are available at £40 each (Limited to one ticket for Small & Large stalls, two tickets for XL Stalls) – these allow helpers access to the convention at a reduced price.
Single Day Stalls
Small Stall – £20

By popular demand we are now including Single Day Stalls! We had a few of these by request last year and they were popular with vendors so we have opted to include them as a standard stall type. These tickets are for the stall only and do not include your convention access – you will be required to purchase a separate convention ticket for the day(s) you will be attending.
Please note: you MUST specify on your application what day you wish to have your stall and we cannot give time extensions (eg: if you have a Saturday stall you cannot “pay on the day” to trade on Sunday as well). This is so we can arrange the layout of the vendor hall appropriately.
