Pre-meet: 21st March 2025

We are delighted to announce that our 2025 Pre-meet will be held at Papillon Bar and Restaurant.

We have the upstairs section of the establishment booked from 8pm – Midnight – please be aware, there is no lift access for the upstairs area. There are approximately 25 steps on the stairs – these have been carpeted to make them easier to walk up. If you require assistance to use the stairs, the staff at Papillon and FoF representatives will be happy to help. Regrettably we do not have access to the downstairs area due to a pre-booked event taking place – there will be some music playing downstairs which we have been assured is regular party-style music!

Food and Drink

Located upstairs is a separate bar, meaning attendees will not need to go downstairs to order drinks!

The venue has an extensive drinks menu and a wide selection of food available, with options available for vegetarian and vegan guests. Their full menu can be viewed on their website.

We ask that you do not bring external food and drink into the venue, if you wish to go elsewhere for food there are several places nearby.

There is limited parking available at the venue – the nearest parking available is Grosvenor Square North Car Park – this is a multi-storey car park with outside spacing also available. This car park is approximate a 7 minute walk from the venue.
