Vendor Application

Applications are CURRENTLY CLOSED

We love having a diverse mix of vendors – art, memorabilia, crafts, clothing, handmade items, and anything else that fits our community (as long as it follows our code of conduct and vending rules).

Important Dates & Process

Applications start being approved: November 1st, 2025

Application deadline: October 31st 2025
We’ll accept additional applications until January 5th 2026, or until all tables are allocated – whichever comes first. If tables are full when you apply, we will review your application and if successful will be added to our waiting list.

Response time: Allow up to 7 days for a courtesy email after form submission. Application approvals and rejections will be sent out by November 10th

Payment deadline: 4 weeks after confirmation to purchase your table

Waiting list notification: By January 14th if additional spaces are available

We review each application individually. If you can’t pay within the 4-week window for a valid reason, just contact our vendor team and we’ll work something out. We understand emergencies can happen and we will do our best to work with you

Table Sizes & Changes for 2026

Based on your feedback from 2025, we’ve made some improvements:

Standard table: 8ft (two 4ft tables) – much better for most vendors
Small table: 4ft – perfect if you’re keeping things compact

We’ve also lowered prices on both table sizes and helper tickets for better value.

A More Focused Vendor Hall This Year

We’re going with fewer vendors in 2026. While we loved having a large vendor hall, it felt a bit unbalanced with our attendee numbers. A smaller, more focused space should mean better foot traffic and a nicer experience for everyone.

If we fill up, we’ll keep a waiting list. And if attendance surges next year, we might release additional tables – keep an eye on our social media for announcements!

Stall Pricing

Small Stall – £50

  • One Weekend Vendor Pass
  • One Table
  • 2 Chairs

Standard Stall – £75

  • One Weekend Vendor Pass
  • Two Tables
  • 4 Chairs

Stall helper tickets are available at £30 each (Limited to one ticket for Small stalls, two tickets for standard) – these allow helpers access to the convention at a reduced price. Please note: if you require personal assistance, Support worker passes are free of charge and are available from our tickets page. If your Support worker is also assisting you with your stall they will not require a Stall Helper ticket.

Single Day Stalls

Small Stall – £25

  • One Table
  • Two Chairs

By popular demand we are now including Single Day Stalls! These tickets are for the stall only and do not include your convention access – you will be required to purchase a separate convention ticket for the day(s) you will be attending.

Please note: you MUST specify on your application what day you wish to have your stall and we cannot give time extensions (eg: if you have a Saturday stall you cannot “pay on the day” to trade on Sunday as well). This is so we can arrange the layout of the vendor hall appropriately.
